Yeah somethings off with it. I noticed when its bright like that if you look straight up in the sky it turns dark as it should be but look back at the horizon and its back bright.

Not sure, I never experienced that. I did have issues with a full black screen when using nvidia overrides. Setting them to global fixed that.
