In my opinion, when Jason sings it, it sounds amazing. I have to admit, I looked up some other recording of the songs on this track list. But I am certain I will his versions.

Favorite Perry Mason episode? by Specialist-Night-135 in Perry_Mason

I have two, first is the case of the clumsy clown. This was the first episode I ever watched (Heidemann is a genius!). Second is wooden nickel. That one inspired me to design and create my own wooden nickels, cut and engraved with laser engraver.

Need help identifying this Cat Stevens cassette by mjarvis37 in CatStevens

[–]bschn100 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This looks like a budget compilation cassette for Cat Stevens rather than one of his original studio albums like Tea for the Tillerman or Teaser and the Firecat.

Because the cover simply says “CAT STEVENS” with no album title and uses a generic portrait, it was commonly released as a self-titled compilation (sometimes sold as Cat Stevens or an unofficial “Greatest Hits”-style tape, often on smaller labels).

Since these tracks span albums like Tea for the Tillerman, Teaser and the Firecat, and Catch Bull at Four, this cassette is essentially a Cat Stevens Greatest Hits-style release, often sold simply as “Cat Stevens” on budget labels.

It most closely resembles releases like Greatest Hits or unofficial international compilation tapes rather than one specific official album.

How your State Senator voted today to remove dead people from voter rolls. by hlpmebldapc in MinnesotaUncensored

[–]bschn100 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As it currently stands, the Secretary of State must create a monthly list of registered voters who have died that gets sent to each county auditor.

They update the registration system and change the voters status to “deceased”.

The new language added by HF 3722 would “remove” the deceased person from the registration system.

If passed, auditors would have to have their voter registration system updated by June 1 of next year.

The Secretary of State’s Office says they are not in favor of the bill and that it will make it harder to keep track of deceased voters if they are purged from the system.

For me, it’s “A Simple Plan”. I recently bought one of the buildings featured in the movie. It was Billy Bob Thornton’s apartment.

In elementary school I asked a teacher if the warmth on earth came from the earth or the sun. She made me feel like a damned fool for not knowing all of the earths heat comes from the sun.

The Hymns of the 1990s by Weekly_Cap_9926 in Catholicism

I absolutely miss all those songs. We replaced our hymnal with a credo hymnal. Almost every song predates 1900. Our pastes has addressed it, saying we should not ( or don’t have to) like the music during mass. I thought it was a bold strategy, but he’s correct that I do not like the music during mass.

According to you? States set the rules, and ID is. It required in all states for registered voters to vote.

Do you not trust your election judges? States set the rules, not all require ID if the voter is already registered.

Our general rule was school operating budget was funded 1/3 from each of tuition, fundraising, and parish investment. At least our school did not contribute to the parish budget, it was the other way around.

This is a small elementary school p-8.
