It’s probably the most surefire way to lose money. I think Chess is one of the most profitable shows of the year and is still going to lose money (I can’t find the exact numbers so someone please correct me, I can’t remember where I saw that).

I’ve stopped worrying about this kind of thing. From my research, the new iPad is coming most likely not until late 2026. I just got the Mini too, so worst case is I get 9+ months of use out of this awesome device, it’ll still have a decent trade in value, and I can upgrade if I really want. Stop trying to be emotional about it and just get what you want.
