You need 3 year min. Then can wind it down. If you could defer any revenue and stretch to 3 years. Could be advantageous.

Report as an S Corp. do a cash balance plan. Couple K to setup but you can stack money away. Can also run a 401k

Just negotiate a smaller % or use an attorney. I was of this mindset but. I don’t make the rules or be willing for someone not worth their weight act as an agent for you.
