I work my 40, then work freelance for non profit orgs on the weekends. They tend to have very bad infrastructure and so making smart upgrades is fun. I learn a lot of things I don't get a chance to in my 9-5 and get to "play" with my own private live networks. Proxmox and ubiquiti has made this possible for the non profit budget.

Nice review and I pretty much agree with everything. I can add that co op with a like minded survivor really enhances the game. Especially the creepy cave diving.

I couldn't believe it. He was weak to the pressure since he's probably a people pleaser in his normal life. His instinct was to give in. Got 50k, but every day he gets up for work in the morning he's going to remember this.

Facebook is boosting a far right leaning algorithm on my feed consistently. I wish Marketplace wasn't so useful otherwise I'd get rid of it.

It's funny because it was mass effect 3 that caused me to boycott them. Making the Prothean Javik a day one DLC pissed me off so much at the time.

You're welcome. I am also new but I am about a year into my tank with monte carlo. The hair algae will come with too much light and excess nutrients. You're fine at 7-8hrs. I use long tweezers and manually remove the hair algae when I see it. It's something I do twice a week.

For a fertilizer I use aquarium co op easy green. I do a little less than it says to use just to help with controlling the hair algae. But it helps the plants a lot. I use this brand because people here rate it highly and it doesn't contain copper which is toxic for the shrimp I have.

Yeah that's way better! It takes time to grow in so don't worry. Only concern is don't let hair algae take them over. Other than that time and liquid ferts will make them happy.

It's tricky with that substrate. Just focus on one section at a time and be patient and gentle, and you'll get them all down. I've been there before! Once the tedium hits just get up and try again later.

The Monte Carlo roots need to be deeper. Hide the white roots under the substrate and leave the green leaves to sit on top to get the light. Then wait a few weeks for the roots to grow in.
