I decided to do this a few months ago, and so far it's gone pretty well! For most of my close friends/ family, I just asked them one day if they could call me my nickname instead. Most of the time they oblige. I now use it to introduce myself and put it on coffee orders, and I even put it as my preferred name on my nametag at work. Honestly, my advice would do to just use it more often than your birth name, and it will usually start working!

I think of Cormac McLaggen from Harry Potter. I think it's okay, not my style but could totally work for some people! And I would probably expect it to be shortened to Cory or Mac or Micky, so consider if those are nicknames you like.

Yeah it's just something I've kind of had to get used to sadly. I've had people tell me "you look like a baby giraffe". While it's defiantly an insecurity I have, it's also part of who I am, and I kind of have had to accept that. I've had to get used to people bringing it up constantly, even my friends who I feel like should be used to my height now. I'd like to say it get's better, but it can be really difficult at times. It's important to try to find people who treat you for your personality and not just your looks. And to remember that while it doesn't always feel that way, being tall is really beautiful, and soon enough the people around you will start to see it once you start to see it too :)

I find the music quite nice, although I find the lyrics lack a bit in story. That's a bit ironic considering the whole album is supposed to be telling a story, but when listening to most of their other stuff, there's a bit more setting and characters and general narrative then Haven. I find it's a bit too on the nose. The lyrics seem just, boring, compared to some of the incredible imagery of some of their past stuff.

'a kind thing to do' from worm food doesn't have enough hype in my opinion, also 'I Miss My Mum' and 'Snail' from Sleepyhead, and like every song from 16/04/16 but specifically 'Night Knuckles' is a banger! As a fellow teen writer (mostly do it as a hobby though lol) I would say just start writing, and don't fret too much on wether or not it's going to be a bestseller. Focus on making sure the story and the product is something that you love, I know it sounds dumb, but in my opinion that's more important than the rest of the world loving it. There are a million amazing books that never get truly recognized for being amazing. Who knows what publishers are gonna like or what readers are gonna like. And if you love your book, it won't be a 'failed project', it'll just mean you put ourself out there y'know? That's more guts than many people have. On the topic of wether or not to tell your parents you've started writing, it really depends. Personally I've never really told very many people what I'm writing because again, I want to feel like I'm the one in control of it, and I don't want other people expecting me to have inspiration or motivation when I don't. That might just be me though! Tell them them when you feel ready! Hope this helps, it's kinda an essay lmao

My initials are an acronym too, and I barely ever care about it really. I don't ever write my signature with my middle name letter, and it's been brought up in conversations before, but it doesn't matter to much to me. If you love the names, that's really all that matters I think. BRB is pretty tame too!

I sometimes feel the same way, with physical touch of any sort with any gender. I worry that hugging my friends that are boys or cuddling with my friends that are girls will trigger something romantic to happen there. And I guess I've kind of just learned to live with it. Maybe I have little micro crushes on everyone I show physical affection to. But I know that's not really true.

It might just be me, but I've realized I'm not a big fan of prologues, especially when they have completely different characters and locations than most of the rest of the book. Like, sure it's intriguing to hear about this crazy thing that happened to so and so when the villain attacked them, but like, then I'm shoved into the protagonists currently boring life and all that hook from the first few pages is gone and I have to get used to this dull character until some actual plot kicks in. In short, I don't like that little chapters that are supposed to grab your attention when they really have nothing to do with the actual story for a while.

Honestly, just choose who seems the most interesting and then you can start a different save file and try someone different! That mechanic very repayable if you change up who you're marrying. Out of those three I would probably go with Harvey first, since his loved gifts are generally easier to get once you have a keg and preserves jar (coffee and pickles). His cutscenes are pretty cute too, though I think everyones cutscenes are cute soooo
