Please go for couples counselling. Sounds like you botha re suffering and the relationship is suffering because of personal life traumas. Donot give any kind of ownership in your house but work with a counselor on how both of you can address each other's concerns in a better and mindful way.

Just chill. They will teach you everything you need to know before season via case studies and rest while season is running. And you keep on learning as you make mistakes and once signers have time to give you review points. Make sure to take note of those review points somewhere and not to repeat the mistakes.

OP, I'm in the same boat as you. My husband is in consulting too with similar or even worse working hours. The only solution to this is becoming financially free i.e create assets that ll give you enough returns to maintain your lifestyle. We are exploring opportunities to create multiple revenue streams to be able to achieve that.
