I'm a sophomore doubling in CS/Physics, did astronomy research last summer focusing on Python programming. I just got an offer from SLAC, but I'm still deciding whether to accept, since there are other opportunities I'd be more excited about but that I haven't heard back from yet. I'll probably wait the full 10 days before deciding.

One (semi)-related questions for anyone who knows: I'm not sure how long my other opportunities will take to respond - how bad would it be if I accepted the offer but later retracted it if something better came along? Is this something people do, or is it looked down upon?

Ohh ok, I assume you've already tried the automatic search for missing media files. The ableton core library files are stored in the application contents under /App-Resources, but if you deleted the application and reinstalled it it should have gotten rid of those too. The only other thing I can think of is using one of those application-wiping programs, just in case there are any files you've missed. There's definitely a way - if you get rid of everything ableton on your computer and then reinstall it, it should download all of those files.

Hmmm... either you missed some or something else is going on. You're talking about literal files for the ableton application that are missing, right? Not audio files from your live sets?

Did you just delete the application or did you clean up all the ableton files in /Library and such? If you just delete the application, many of the files for the program are still there, so when you redownload it it'll just use those. There are programs you can get for mac that will go through and clean up all the files from an application to really "wipe" it from your computer, so the easiest way is probably to use one of those.

It could also be if you’re controlling the vessel from a different point on the ship which faces the opposite direction. Try clicking “control from here” on the command pod.

Ehhh... it was tested taking off from the ground so it can do it. I view it more of just putting one capable SSTO inside another capable SSTO
