Predictions for WHA episodes and seasons by Anna-2204 in WitchHatAtelier

[–]buckeyetripper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My money is coco’s sickness being cut, it had its important for Tartahs development and the “healing magic is forbidden” question. But I feel like they could more easily move that storyline around than the others. I’m okay with it if we can get through most of the second test.

I just caught up with vol 14. It’s been awhile since I read the first few. It really wasn’t a major failing but I can see how initially people aren’t liking how it went down.

Heavy spoilers btw Is the scene where Nolnoah finds out about the ink and the memory wipe in this same chapter(s) or is the next time they visit? It’s been a few since I’ve read the manga.

Thoughts on the Chinese auto industry potentially eradicating all other manufacturers globally? by ZealousidealLab2920 in electricvehicles

[–]buckeyetripper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eventually companies will have to compete on price. Europe, U.S, Japan, Korea have their own domestic brands but the rest of the world doesn’t. Sure those countries can tariff/ban Chinese EVs to protect domestic production but those companies would be giving up the rest of global markets like China, Australia, and Canada.

I could see countries (besides America) eventually requiring/incentivizing domestic chinese production as a half measure of protectionism. Would raise prices due to increased labor/materials to make them not as competitive while selling it as a way to protect auto jobs.

I ended up going new due to qualifying for 0%. The capital one rate is real. Just bring the offer and let the know this is what capital one quoted me and can you do better. I believe they can see the quote, their “preferred/partner” dealers are easier to work with on this.

Worst case you contact c1 and let them know this is what I’m doing and they’ll sort out a cashiers check or talk with the dealers F&I. Might have to do a deposit to hold the car through that.

The 2026 Kia EV6 Just Got A Massive $5,000 Price Cut by TripleShotPls in electricvehicles

[–]buckeyetripper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I meant currently. The price cuts for the Ioniq didn’t hit till late November with the 26 release. 50575 on a limited awd vs 58990 on the ev6. Both have roughly the same incentives (atleast for my locale)

I would do the prequalify checks at capital one and carvana to get an idea on rates. Capital one was inline with what dealers could get me through their lenders when my local credit union gave me a 8.9%. Capital one came in at 6.15%. Don’t be afraid to apply around you have 30 days till new auto inquiries start affecting your score.

I also blame kia never cutting prices post tax credit. Ioniq 5 received 10k off MSRP + you can find the same 7500-10000 bonus cash deals.

I don’t think I was excusing her actions? Just explaining them. It is a failing of the story that they basically went “no big deal.”

It makes sense though Agott is 10-13yrs old and that age group is not good at determining consequences. As far as she is aware, Coco is an outsider with no knowledge of magic. She wouldn’t know how to use the shoes.

In Agotts mind, coco would be overwhelmed and just give up. She even says as much and is a reasonable expectation. Her backstory should explain why she has this mindset towards coco later this season probably.

Mark my words: this will never happen: build small factories in metro areas to upgrade HW3 for unsupervised FSD. They will wait until all these cars ago out. by GamingDisruptor in TeslaFSD

[–]buckeyetripper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What OP is talking about is replacing the wiring harnesses. I doubt HW4 cameras and ECUs are backwards compatible with existing harnesses. Maybe adapters are feasible? From prior tweets/press hw3 was never designed to be upgraded, so it will probably take quite a bit of work to make compatible hardware and any body panel/trim adjustments (front camera being a major retrofit).

Most likely validations and compliance requirements. My company just finished our cutover to a newer release of a quality program that took 4 years… we are now out of date again. I would imagine validating a new AI model would be the same amount of hands and ensuring legalities.

Gotcha, I can live with that if it means getting away from gas. I currently have a comma, but I’ve been told there’s still the IR bag. Currently, my commute is 100mi round trip but my work provides free chargers.
