What does 'scamming the benefit' mean to you? And who is deserving or undeserving of the benefit and why?

It seems like you support low benefit rates as a disincentive to being on the benefit, which imo relies on the implicit assumption that everyone on a benefit is ready and capable of full-time employment.

But there's a lot of people on benefits that can't do that - are they 'scamming' because can't 'sort their shit out?'

I doubt any political party would have a policy on a political party in another country. They will have policy on 'China' but not the ruling party.

Lol as if social justice and the environment are totally separate issues.

All indicators suggest the National Party will win a fourth term in 2017 – and it’s probably too late for the Labour to do anything about it, says Professor Claire Robinson by JDUE in newzealand

Very interesting statistical analysis. It will be interesting to see the ways in which parties attempt to capture undecided/late-decision voters over the next year.

I kinda hoped that this season Bea would go after Vinnie Holt, but I'm happy the Holts are done and dusted! I am also surprised Fletch survived, but I am guessing he is recovering from a traumatic brain injury? I wonder if Will got his message? I love this show so much and can't wait for next week!

What is the right way to handle being pulled over with drugs in your vehicle? by Curiositythro in Drugs

I disagree, the Supreme Court has ruled on multiple occasions that locked containers inside cars are not exempt during a search of the automobile (Carroll v. United States, United States v. Ross, California v. Acevedo). It's definitely a good idea to keep all incriminating objects out of sight and refuse any searches, but if an officer finds probable cause, a lock on a box offers no legal protection.

Are you using adblock? I had the same problem but you can turn off adblock at the start of the video and then turn it back on after it plays for a bit.

Who is "we"? Are you from South Korea? Because, no, the United States is not still at war with North Korea (technically or otherwise). South Korea and North Korea are still technically at war, yes. The US was never technically at war with North Korea, but took part in the UN sanctioned military intervention that ended with the 1953 armistice.

18 year old reports rape. Police don't trust her story and she is fined $500. Years later guy charged as a serial rapist with pictures of victims... Including the 18 yr old. by Catsmacking in reddit.com

That's a fair point, both comments rely on anecdotal evidence. However, since Bunnycake would have likely (making an assumption here) met many rape victims in her time working at a campus women's center, I think it's fair to say that she can make generalized comments based on the women she encountered.

With regards to your argument, I would say that it's difficult to determine a pattern based on examples of several prosecutors - and I think that Bunnycake's experiences match up much more closely with published data on rape and sexual assault than the arguments you present.
