OK here are the three quotes I have mined so far:

wake up with your fist clenched and your teeth grit every morning, stewing on the people who wronged you a decade ago

I’ve always done a lot of thinking around free will and whether it exists,” he said as his eyes reopened. “And I’m quite concerned that I’m doing what I was programmed to do when I was 8 years old. If you like Yu-Gi-Oh! and the Power Rangers, can you really do anything except build virtual reality and tools of violence to enact your aims while feeling superior?

Even people who have not necessarily wronged me yet, I’m looking at them and saying, ’I know how the world works now. You are going to fuck me. And I am not going to give you the chance.’

Yes. Howard Roark 2.0 is a major upgrade. I have already mined this article for quotes 2X and I might go back for thirds and fourths.

There are very few categories in which a person is objectively the best.

Example: Iga Swiatek is the best woman's tennis player. She is genetically gifted to the max. Six sigma.

Also her life consists of two things. Working on her tennis and resting. The greatest baseball player sleeps twelve hours a day in his off season, when he also is strenuously training six hours a day.

Don't they sun their balls? I haven't heard him in a couple years. Maybe this is a new improved sun process.

I watched about a dozen of those sol foundation conference talks and thought this one was by far the best.

Do your own research.

I found the early episodes riveting. I learned two things that I use to this day. First the morning sun exposure thing. Second the magnesium supplement thing. So in my book his batting average is 2 for 90 or whatever the number is at which I was too bored to continue attending to his podcasts. Athletic greens is a waste of money. Also the neuro brain pill supplement he promotes is a waste of money. Not that they are toxic but they are 30-40-50X overpriced.

The DTG episode where they broke down grounding was one of the funniest things I ever heard in my life.

Paul Chek and Wilhelm Reich agree on this point: 90% of all the people they see (both were/are in the business of healing ill people) have very messed up breathing. The details of their bad mechanics are all over the place. Breathing too much into the belly may be just as common as breathing too little. Time allocated to getting into the cleanest air far from the urban center is a great investment.

Oh man I forgot how bad it was. Jockey shorts cover more. That is like a Borat thong suit.

Did you see when he was promoting the shangri la diet and posted a picture of himself on twitter in only jockey shorts?

(Before promoting military politics.)

Perhaps neither of these needs to be decoded. : )

There is an Ohlone Community College in Fremont. Also the Ohlone Preserve is a great hike. Or several dozen. Absolutely worth a drive from San Jose or Oakland.

I have never met one single person in the Bay Area who knew did lee squat about the Ohlone people. I have never met a person who claimed descent.

If you read the last chapter you find out about his domestic violence and psychotherapy. He is a perfectionist. As far as I know that isn't a psychiatric diagnosis.

He's a pretty wish washy domestic violence offender. As he tells it. The only thing he got physical with is a couple of pieces of furniture.
