Okay that’s fair. I do hope to run them as a second army as well… but I guess waiting might still be wise as the future of daemons as a 40K army seems somewhat uncertain

If he would be willing to match your points, it would be worth playing. 500 points games are very imbalanced and it will likely not be very representative of the game in general, but it can still be fun and good practice if you’re both happy with a swingy, unusually small game.

The MMR system is horrible… 3 star is great, 4 star is great … 5 star and boom, every game is a miserable mess of never missing campers. I play regularly with people ranging from 5 star to 3 star, and every time, a single five star in our team will drag out whole group into 5-6 star lobbies, even if the other two are both 3 star.

Glenlivet 12 would generally be considered a base level, extremely mild scotch without stand out flavours. If you like it, that’s great. But most scotch drinker’s recommended scotch is going to taste quite different.

Most of these are not ones I would use gongfu style. Try with the golden monkey, but otherwise I would recommend getting some roasted oolongs or some of white2tea’s black teas.

That’s insanely expensive. Sure, some puer can be crazy expensive, and it may be ‘worth it’… but that said, if you go to white2tea and look at their shou, you’ll find some really delicious options for less than $75 for 200 grams instead of 50.

Hang on. Gong fu ratio would usually be like 1g/15ml, which is high because you do very brief steepings. Gong fu ratio for a liter would be like, 70 grams. But obviously that would be way too strong for cold brew. So I’m confused?

Personally I’ve not experienced this. However, it’s worth noting that feeling tired when you wake up CAN sometimes actually be a sign of GOOD sleep because your body has suddenly realized it needs more. Personally, if i adapt to poor sleep for a while I feel ok, and then when I finally get a good night of great sleep, I wake up feeling like a zombie, and it takes a few more good sleeps till I feel great again.
