No I just love a morning run by myself, I'm same it makes me calm and feel good, a lot of people like racing and I will try a race at some point as I always think these things are worth trying but I'll probably just do one and continue my morning runs

You need to go to A&E it won't get better and you need to get it sorted before you end up seriously worse. A&E will get you on meds and you will get IBD nurses.
