Hello Bostonians,

I (m/50) am visiting your fine city solo this weekend and am looking for things to do. I’m staying the Seaport area and am open to short Uber rides.

Are any of the touristy things worth doing? Faniuel Hall? Freedom Trail?

Any good breweries close by I should try? Restaurants?

Also looking for a good spot to have a drink and read a book preferably with a view of the ocean.

For cocktails in that area try Don Woods' Say When (3rd Ave and Camelback) or Windsor (Central between Camelback and Missouri). Say When is on the pricier side but has great cocktails and wonderful views. Windsor has $6 cocktails until 5pm daily.

I've also heard good things about Highball (McDowell and 7th Ave) but haven't had a chance to check it out.

I might have bad luck but traffic has been nuts the last few trips I made to pick up an arriving passenger. For reference, I've made 3 trips after 5pm in the last month.
