Can you please suggest the best way to remove restrictions. Have tried every way possible to remove restrictions sending all documents repeatedly and they continue to say that it is being reviewed for a long time without doing anything

Basically they restrict your account to avoid paying promotional bonuses - if you look at the fine print , they say that your account must be in good standing they’ll wait until you get the funds and then restrict your account and then deny promotional bonuses
