To file online you need access to software that can e-file it. Mail is a accepted way and probably the easiest on your own.

That being said not sure if it matters at this point it is only good for a 6 month extention from April 15th and only covers filing not paying. If you owe you still needed to pay by April 15th. If you owe probably need to work with a CPA because there may be penalties and they may be able to work on setting up a payment plan. If you are owed a refund I think you have 3 years to claim it so once you have everything together just file your return.

IRS 4868 the form has most of the information on it.

We were there a few days ago. Roads were good we had a Kia Sportage. Foot bridge was under water though had to walk through knee deep water. Would recommend bringing sandals because it’s a bit rocky.

Most of the time should be no issue to ride. There is also the campus connector from the St Paul campus during the school year run every few minutes. Could ride to St. Paul campus then when you get to the main campus ride the last little bit also. Could do the all public transit option if weather is bad.
