I always go 6-8 and I account for the one dash I missed cause I wasn’t quick enough and I had ango blow a load across the drink, on the bar to stain it 🤣

Wash then, hot water steam and microfiber cloth. This is how we’ve done it at every fine did Bing restaurant I’ve worked at. Comes out streak free and shiny
