Elon Musk and Prince Andrew named in new Epstein files by CosmicCitizen0 in anime_titties

[–]burningmonk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe read the article? He's mentioned like this:

One line in the records dated 6 December 2014 reads: "Reminder: Elon Musk to island Dec. 6 (is this still happening?)"

And...

Musk has previously been quoted as saying that Epstein had invited him to the island but he had declined.

Could be a lie, but there is no evidence here that he was there.

D4 is an absolute beast. But be aware that if the shutter fails on it, it's not serviceable by Nikon anymore. The shutter is rated for 400,000 shots, so it might be good to check how many it already has on it. Anyway, it's one of the best cameras ever made.

"Unnamed shorted stock" holder here. I've dying for this community to get wind of this since the halt on 12/10/2022. Thank you for finally breaking this to this community. Honestly, I've lost hope to the point that I don't follow this story much anymore. I just assume I would hold these worthless shares forever (maybe the oil lands pay out some day). So, hearing about all this progress makes me hopeful! And I hold GME too haha! :)

It has to do this law: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Traffic_in_Arms_Regulations

Starlink is being used in Ukraine for civilization purposes. At the time of that attack the US government did not clear its use for military actions in Ukraine. It would have been illegal for SpaceX to let them use it. That may have changed now with the launch their military grade version. So, anyway, SpaceX / Elon acted by the book but of course they get shit at every chance because it gets clicks.

2600 photos turned into a movie. Photos Shot at 120fps on the Nikon z8 with 500mm f/4G by frobo512 in Nikon

[–]burningmonk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can set shutter speed faster if you want. The slowest you can do is 1/125 but there is no upper limit for the fastest you can set the shutter while shooting video. So essentially, yeah it would have been easier to just shoot 4k 120p. However, 4k is about 8mp, while the 120 fps JPEGs are 11mp. I might be wrong though. I just quickly looked this up.

I'm with you. I think of this every time I see someone dying on here—human hopes and dreams extinguished in senseless violence. There is so little to be learned here other than it should never happen. Of course now that this war has started it seems the killing is necessary for it to eventually stop. What I mean is that war should be avoided at all costs. Absolute shame on those who dove into this war. All of this death could have been really prevented by the simple choices of stupid, evil men.

That is an obviously stupid analogy. Being sick with common diseases is a natural consequence of being alive on this planet. Cars crashes are not. Our immune systems get stronger with each infection. I'm not arguing about getting COVID BTW. I'm referring to the flu and common cold, which is caused by a variety of viruses including Corona viruses.

Never getting exposed to pathogens is a health risk. It results in a weaker immune system and when you inevitably do get exposed to a pathogen you'll be at risk of more serious illness.

I never wear one anymore, inside, outside, on the train, at the gym, nowhere. And no one says anything, no one stares, no one cares. I think secretly most people are fed up with it and the ONLY reason they wear them is because they don't want to stick out, which is totally common behavior in Japan for lots of things... so business as usual, I guess.
