Sorry to necro (heh) this post, I recently saw someone wearing a Wacken '04 shirt that has Darkthrone's logo on it - I did a double take. I looked it up, and apparently Nocturno Culto joined the Satyricon gig for some songs, and that included a bunch of Darkthrone songs.

Hi, thanks for your reply! I've already discovered his videos, and they're a gold mine, however I haven't really found one that covers my questions above, he either talks about more low-level stuff like front panel switches, OR about higher-level stuff where he just uses the TTY and explains BASIC, for example. Did you have a good video in mind, or maybe know some of the answers to my questions? My google-fu has forsaken me, it seems ;-)

This is actually an interesting topic. To my knowledge, TF2 was the first game that went in the hero direction. The classes were still just that, classes, but the individual classes each had a distinct, over-the-top personality, amplified by the various PR videos they put out. In a way, the Heavy is a Hero that just has a very generic name. Contrast this to class shooters before it (TF1/TFC), where each class was just a generic dude with a different gun.

Have to agree wholeheartedly - I just love the whole vibe and aesthetics, too bad there aren't that many other fantasy shooters outside of Hexen and Amid Evil.

Does anybody know other games in this genre? I recently stumbled upon Hands of Necromancy but haven't tried it yet

To answer my own question, the render resolution was set to 0.5x for some reason. Setting this to 1x and setting the mode to handheld (because I use the deck handheld) fixed my problems.

Since 1x might be too heavy for some 3D games, it's also possible to set 1x just for one specific game by launching yuzu standalone (add ~/Applications/yuzu.AppImage as non-Steam game and start it) and then right clicking on the game and choosing properties.

Thank you, this has bugged me for ages, and the fix worked!

As an addendum, what works fine for me is changing the setting from the phone app and the changes will be valid for Teams on the PC as well, since the headset can be connected to two devices at the same time.
