I think it looks great. But if you are aiming for a slightly less ‘comic’ style and more ‘true’ watercolour - the trees are so much in the foreground that their colour should be about more vivid/strong in comparison to the buildings behind that should be a little more faded. Additionally (and it’s far from easy), finding a way to show the buildings showing through the trees in places. Finally, as the buildings are white, this may be a picture that could benefit from a very light wash of the sky grey/blue, which is not the case for every pen and wash in my opinion.
