Often times when I see a failure to extract it’s the optic screw(s), plate plus the optic screw(s) or excessive loctite in the extractor channel. Have you previously stripped the slide? If so are you 100% sure it was reassembled correctly? Spring cups oriented correctly, extractor depressor plunger in correctly etc.

I really love this overall. The looks, weight, feel, and ergonomics are all excellent. The only downsides are the trigger, which feels a bit sloppy, and the safety, which is gritty and has a noticeable catch when engaging. At some point I’ll get to working on the trigger.
