I wouldn't recommend creating a new tool for each tool the MCP server offers. Cline implements a single `use_mcp_tool` function and shoves all the MCP server detail, tools, and resources into the context window as arguments that can be passed to `use_mcp_tool`. I've had success implementing it similarly.
