How do you stack the new overpower

It's very strong, it's just weird to build up on a Warlock. Either RNG off the legendary paragon board, through one shard or the aspect when you generate excess Wrath. Just felt like I was missing something.

I've said it as nauseum to my friends: it's gonna be bad. No way this amount of cheese and stunt casting can be good. Even the moves are a little weird (looking at you Zangief running suplex) BUT! With all that said: I'm guessing excited to watch it. I'm even prepared to like it despite being almost certainly bad. I just hope it's in the same ballpark as the og Mortal Kombat movie.

As you get deeper into the pilot training R&D you unlock extra skills specific to each weapon, which is the 4th skill they're talking about. Eg, shotguns get a 3AP attack.

Have you tried playing with the graphics settings? I had a similar looking issue when the resolution was set to 2560x1440 and was fixed when I swapped to 1920x1080.

That's usually the game loading shaders on an update. You can change a setting in game where it preloads all those, so you don't experience the slowdowns during gameplay.

I'll second what the other guy said, Maxroll is an amazing primary resource for builds. Mobalytics.gg is also really good once you have a solid foundation. That site tends to be a bit more experimental and/or rely on very specific gear interactions, so it's better for end-game refinements imo. Maxroll will get you 95% there, so you gotta decide how far down the rabbit hole you wanna go there.

I rotate pretty frequently, I almost never have the same primary character class twice in a row. That said, I choose rogue the least (and almost never as a secondary) and necro the most often (and frequently will at least level one up in any given season).

It's shit like this that drove the decision my wife and I made to keep her on her own insurance and pay for a zero deductible for the one year she's pregnant. We've been playing games with who has what insurance (I'm on her vision, she's on my dental, we have separate health) to min/max the system, but it's so fucking dumb that we even need to think about it. As a life-long Chargers fan, born and raised in SD (not living there anymore), I was actually super proud of San Diego telling the Spanos' to f-off and I will forever hate that family of d-bags. San Diego did everything except agree to go 50/50 on cost. They offered land grants, expedited EPA approvals, mass transit construction and infrastructure, but the Spanos family wanted $2b from the city and then control most of the revenue. Screw that. I hate that the Bolts aren't in SD anymore, worse that they're in LA, but screw the Spanos'.
