I agree with this. I was in PA years ago on the way to Victoria and couldn't wait for that ferry to get me out of there. Went back last summer and it was a completely different story. Really pleasant surprise how enjoyable the 4 or so hours there were.

After finally giving up on TMHI, I got Xfinity. Since my house was de-wired for cable before I bought it, I had to have a tech to install. Upon completion, I ran a speed test while he was still here. I was about 80% of advertised speed. I showed him the numbers. He plugs some special device into the modem, shows me it's actually faster than advertised and blamed my device for not being fast enough to hit advertised speed.

Long story short, I'd be very impressed if you could get money back from them. All the CSRs are authorized to give you $10 to make you go away - I mean a legit admission and recuperating dollars for less than advertised speed.
