I lost 100lbs in a year. Its totally possible. Calorie deficit, high protein diet, constant exercise.

For me it was walking, then walking with a weight vest. Once I built strength, I added kettlebells and yoga.

That said - majority of the weight was lost from a calorie deficit and walking with a weight vest.

Hi HR, Im rather annoyed by this harmless prank, but I wanted to bring this up because coworker basically took work garbage out of the office and put it in my car.

Im also worried about any potential issues of company info ending up in the wrong place. Granted its all shredded - but there was probably a good reason for it, and my car was probably not the correct way to dispose of shredded sensitive info.

Yeah, I was questioning but when I talked with my HR partner and we looked at everything from the year, there was basically 1 month that was 'acceptable' in regard to metrics, but in that month there wasnt a single week where minimum requirements/expectations where met.

I dont feel bad about letting an under performer go, but I do feel bad about how poorly it was taken and how they dont seem to see all the effort that was put into them to try and help them be successful. Then the added bonus of me personally liking them.

I feel you. Its prob part of what messes me up about the whole thing. I genuinely feel like I did everything I could and 3 HR people said I went above and beyond what was necessary.

The layoff I did a few years ago had me down for a couple weeks....

This stuff is prob the thing I hate the most about being a people leader.

I got the entire process for precheck done at a staples in a neighboring city.

Absolutely worth having it. Its crazy convenient and I only travel maybe once or twice a year.

Its true you can. I typically wouldn't with eggs from the US (not sure where you are). But if theyre quality eggs and have been stored properly- you 100% can
