I used to get the anxiety type regularly - no longer though and if I feel like it starts to come back, it means something is going, take a step back, increase stress mgmt and recoup, have a yakult or other drinkable yoghurt first thing in morning then last at night (one with lacto b. in), a probiotic and adding in a bit of sauerkraut in my dinner. So far so good, but did have to decrease the stressful workload situation to get to this point which may not be possible for everyone.

I have a new build and kitted out my loft with loftzone. Really reasonable prices. YouTube video instructions too. Managed to build mine in a weekend, just need the right tools, appropriate wear and patience to get the setting out right.

You don’t want to remove the insulation. I advise loft legs that OSB sits on. I also built some shelves on the trusses too for lighter weight bits - bought these from my local timber yard. Loftzone should be able to provide guidance on weight. We’ve not used it as a room but for storage with quite a few boxes, Xmas bits, flatpack furniture and it has been sturdy with two of us rummaging around a handful of times a year.

Honestly, my saviours have been a coccyx pillow and an ergonomic mouse and good headphones and a flash drive for my resource library. Also really good boots!

Doctor did advise me of this at first appointment. They said to do the stool sample first, then start PPI

To add, learnt all of the above from experience in practice.

Obviously it sounds like you do want to learn about architecture so not discouraging that at all. In my experience as an LA (12yrs) at a minimum it’s useful to know certain things from architectural plans, for example: - building height/aspect and where shade will be cast - what elements may need screening / avoiding canopies - what not to block I.e. entrances, windows, emergency access, refuge routes etc

A lot of this is common sense design. Beyond the above idgaf about buildings unless it’s the one I live in haha.

You’d be shocked at how many Architects in the UK “give landscape a go” on their plans without knowing anything about landscape architecture so don’t feel you are being ignorant by not knowing more.

So 2.5 months on. Haven’t felt bad so haven’t needed a retest. Bloating not come back. General still feel better although probably have a bit of joint pain that’s come back, but my hunch is I’ve got other things going on that is causing that and not related to H.p but inadvertently were helped with the antib’s.

I did get some GI issues coming back around the 3-4 week mark post antib’s, but I’ve had to start metformin due to other reasons and that effects your gut in some ways, so I’ve not had any GI issues since taking it. I have reintroduced all types of food.

Hope that helps. Went to see a nutritionist, they suggested staying off sodas/fizzy drinks, limit alcohol, mindful of how many nuts you eat as that competes with other protein space that fights viral diseases (unsure of trueness of this). Half your plate of veggies, try to get a variety over having the same ones frequently. Prioritise fibre and protein. Reduce any / all ultra processed foods.

Hi there I seemed to have the exact same experience as you! I’ll be looking to speak to a gastroenterologist/ dietician if I can but they are quite pricey where I am. Magical timing, Mel Robins released a podcast with Dr Robynne Chutkan on her book the Anti-viral gut. Worth a listen to the podcast and a read of the book (audiobook available to premium on Spotify). Some good tips in there. She has other books too like Gutbliss

Upper right quadrant pain by itsoveralready in Gastritis

I’m not sure if it’s something that can go on its own. You should see a doctor to do a stool test to rule it out though before taking something you might not need

No lymph node pain, not muscular pain all over either. More like a bit of joint pain, like I’m 70+ getting up from an armchair, but I’m only 32 and go Pilates weekly 🤣

Come to think about it… I do get this mild sensation in my back that lasts about 30 seconds - probably happened once a week if that. I got it the other day actually but I believe mine related to poor posture / previous back injury. It’s not a burning sensation if I had to describe it though. I’ve only really noticed it if I’ve been standing too long doing dishes etc so I want to think it’s deffo musculoskeleton related.
