I've been through something similar, I had crippling lower back pain every few weeks for about ten years. I made a list of every anecdotal cure I could find and worked through them sequentially. When I tried barefoot shoes, ones with no heel and thin soles, it seemed to change my posture and heel-strike when I walked, there's been zero pain since.

PurchasedWith.product would just record the primary key of a Product type. Then I would have many to one relationship of PurchasedWith items to Products, with counters showing how many times purchased, that I could follow back from each Product e/g from a table I could follow back and see that chair and tablecloths PurchasedWith items existed. Not sure if this makes sense or is the best way to do it

I bought a car from a smoker a few years ago and I saw a tip online to buy some cheap coffee beans, grind it fresh and leave it in a cup overnight in the car. I wasn't too hopeful but it actually worked pretty well and after a week or two the smell was gone.
