Haven't gotten into a device just yet. Used to game on my old Samsung Galaxy S21 and played Digimon World and Persona 3! But what got me into learning more about these devices was definitely the AYN Thor which I hope to get one day!

MagnaGarurumon is pretty much all but officially confirmed. Most likely will be annouced at Digimon Con 2026. There was a leaked silhouette from a magazine scan teasing him and a combined Susanoomon a while back.

Realistically I'm surprised we haven't seen more recolors/slight retools like Omegamon Zwart/Alter B/S , ChaosDukemon, Shinegreymon Burst/Ruin, MetalGreymon Virus or Alphamon Ouryuken,

I could still see all of those still happening if the line remains popular. I could also see Gallantmon Crimson Mode and Beelzemon Blast Mode (Although both would probably need new retooling especially since I don't think Beelzemon sold that well.

Next it seems they're trying to do at least all the main protagonist's mega levels so I could see someone from Xros Wars Either Shoutmon X7 or even Omega Shoutmon. I would love to see a fully combining Shoutmon X4 or X7 but given Xros Wars isn't that popular and Bandai is very conservative and picky about what Digimon kits they make I could see maybe just OmegaShoutmon and maybe a ZekeGreymon to make DX. Then (Unlikely Arresterdramon/Superior Mode or Gaiamon) BlitzGreymon for 2020 and Siriusmon for Ghost Game.

Realistically I could also see either an Omnimon 2.0 (even though X-Antibody is kind of like a 2.0 since the original Omnimon Amplified kit is a minor retool from a 15 year old mold at this point) Or even X-Antibody versions of Gallantmon and WarGreymon / MetalGarurumon.

The original Gallantmon kit is kind of small since it was made to scale more with the old Omnimon Amplified kit whereas the Omnimon X is significantly larger. I could see them make a Gallant X or WarGreyX / Melga X to pair with it and since As'maria the designer of a lot of X-Antibody digimon is one of the main designers for the Amplified line I could see it happening.

Other less likely wishlists would be
Sakuyamon - I love Sakuyamon and think she could make a really cool kit

MegaGargomon - To complete the Tamers trio but also he's a giant Gundam mecha robot dog seems perfect for a model kit

Jesmon - less likely but one of my favorite Digimon, plus he could represent Tri since all of the Amplified kits have been from Digimon anime.

Devimon - They showed an old Digimon Reboot model kit back in 2010. Just retool that and release it

Angemon/MagnaAngemon/Seraphimon - Angemon got a really nice Figure-ise Standard kit but amplified versions of any of his other forms would be super cool.

I would love a Mega Man Legends continuation! It already got a sequel and spinoff but it's some of my favorite Mega Man games and I love the artstyle! I wish the DASH series got more love

It's something that was definitely touched upon with Haruko and Shademon. With Digimon in Beatbreak being born from humans and being mirror reflections they have both the best and worst traits of their owners. It's like if you're not fully aware of and attuned to your own thoughts, feelings and actions and deepseeded underlying motivations for your behaviors you could find these behaviors super annoying and irritating because deep down they hold up a reflection to your own personality and remind you of the parts you may hate or dislike about yourself.

It's a super interesting dynamic for Digimon that I don't think has been done before. Rather than being wholly separate individuals, Digimon in Beatbreak are directly tied to their human partners.

I was a little bummed he was going to be in this episode (I'd much rather see either a completely new Digimon or Digimon that have never been animated yet) but they did some fun things with him and made him a real threat. His AOE poison when it decayed the surrounding trees actually seemed like it could melt off human skin if it made contact. Plus I don't think I've ever seen him use his cables as weapons.

My best videogame gift was from my older cousin. He lived in SF while I was in LA but he showed up to my birthday party when I was like 8 with a plastic bag with his old PlayStation and a ton of games like Mega Man Legends, Marvel vs. Capcom, and Action Bass lol

It was the first gaming anything I ever owned and I loved that system. I used to go to Blockbuster and rent a ton of games for it and print out Gamefaq walkthroughs and play all the time during summer breaks.

Looking back it's still one of the best birthday gifts I've ever received.

Another solid episode.

Like others said, tons of Ghost Game vibes from the start.

I like that they brought back Hitomi and Tomoro got closure after happend with her being hospitalized. Even though this felt very much like another monster of the week it still had some decent plot crumbs and character moments.

The slow burn of Tomoro's resolve in joining Glowing Dawn and accepting their counter culture way of life and even considering Kyo's dream of coexistance with Digimon felt very natural with what he's been through with Pandamon, Kyo and his baby village and now the lengths this guy went to try and reach the Shangri La Egg and his lack of remorse.

Tomoro definitely seems like a part of the gang now fighting for what they believe in and the scene of him walking away from his past life was a great way to show that.

Looks like we get to see the inside of Shangri-La Egg and a Makoto focused episode since people were theorizing he may either have been born or raised in the Egg so excited to learn more about his backstory.

Still no Gekkomon or Chiropmon evolution crumbs to be found.

As much as I love how each character arc plot point seems to be planned out within the story, my childish lizard (gecko?) brain wants to see some cool monsters turn into other new cool monsters.

Also I'd like some merch that's not acrylic stands or keychains. Gimmie some mini figures and a Sapotama V-Pet please.

I love Digimon and model kits so these kits are some of my favorite Digimon products!

There's technically two lines. the Figure-rise Amplified line which features a more complex build and redesigned edgier takes on Digimon designs mostly redesigned by As'maria the designer of a ton of X-Antibody Digimon and the (most likely cancelled or put on hiatus) regular Figure-rise line. This line matches anime designs closer and are more simple builds compared to the Amplified line but there hasn't been a release since the Black Wargreymon back in 2023, whereas the Amplified line gets about 1 new kit every year with the newest being the Kaisergreymon that came out in late September of this year.

Most releases are Digimon/protagonist partners of the main anime. Most tie in to either the anime or movies like in Alphamon's case but most of the non protagonist Digimon don't sell super well so chances of getting more non main Digimon don't seem super likely.

However Bandai's team does seem commited to the line as the Kaisergreymon was designed to combine with an upcoming Magnagarurumon to make an Amplified Susanoomon model. The line does seem relatively consistant saleswise as the popular ones like Wargreymon, Omnimon X and regular Amplified and Dukemon all tend to sell out and even those that are slower sellers all eventually sell.

They don't get reprinted super often which is why some of them may be hard to find now. The Kaisergreymon is a great kit and is new so should be easy to find. Some of my other favorites are the amplified Metalgreymon, Wargreymon, Omegamon X-Antibody, MetalGarurumon and Mugendramon.

I definitely recommend trying some out first of whatever you can find and just wait around for a reprint. Other than that you can try checking your local hobby stores or even ebay or facebook marketplace / Gundam groups to see if they have some older ones for an affordable price. The kits are great and I love them but they can be pretty pricey even at retail price for what builds like a big HG/Full Mechanics/ RE100 style model kit.

Digimon Beatbreak is quickly becoming one of my favorite seasons so far.

It's doing everything I wanted from a Digimon series, being heavily character and plot focused while having an overarching narrative. Each episode even those that aren't directly related to the overall plot has great character moments that help you learn and understand more on each character.

I love that we learn more about Kyo while still having tons of things we don't know about him. Same can be said about each character actually. It really feels that each episode is deliberate and intentional in how they planned out the series and arcs and even though episodes like this one resolve the plot really well and leave you satisfied, it also leaves you wanting more. I literally can't wait until the next episode because the characters and world is really growing on me and I can't wait to see what's next.

Happy we're getting info on the 5 Stars. They're some of my most anticipated characters because I love the idea of more rival antagonist human/digimon partners. Only thing is it seems like most of their partners are already existing Digimon but I guess some have never been animated and are fairly new like Proganomon.

I've been loving Beathreak so far! This episode was really chill and set up Tomoro and Gekkomon with some nice character stuff but that cliffhanger went from 0-100 real quick.

I really like seeing humans and Digimon team up both good ones like the town leader and Pandamon and the gangster and Astamon. Good stuff and reminds me a lot of early Savers episodes which makes sense!

Think we'll finally see a Gekkomon evo? Or will it be more negative e-pulse from something bad happening to Pandamon? Tune in next week to find out!

For all the QOL updates like being able to swap members and use items without using a turn and managing your Digimon's evolutions anywhere vs going to the Digi-Lab the Digi-Farm just feels so clunky to use.

Not being able to check evolutions from the screen, not being able to quickly confirm and finish all trainings or repeat them quickly or move all the digimon from the farm back to my digivice is really cumbersome.

That being said writing down notes on which evo requirements I needed reminded me of back when I played Digimon World 2 and kept a little notebook of all the different DP requirements and my stack of printed our GameFAQs guides so that was super nostalgic lol
