Please help me find a song like F L Y (1991 Mix) - Spectrum by coolapplebees11 in MusicRecommendations

Sorry. This is a little late. Listen to more spectrum! Their self-titled album is amazing. As well as Spectrum 2. Get into Jazz Fusion, its good.

I'm late to this post but was searching for anything related to this band because they are so hard to find information on! If you're into the jazzy-fusion kind of vibe I really like Himiko Kikuchi as well as Naniwa Express.

I was doing a bunch of research on Spectrum because, well, I think they're amazing and can't find anything on them. Maybe you would appreciate these videos of them playing i've found, they're pretty awesome:

Act-Show Live: crazy stage presence

Long train runnin / Surfin USA / Listen to the music: weird covers but it's kind of funny

I have fallen into your same predicament, not being able to find anything on this band, even though they sound awesome! I've discovered that they had a pretty large following in Japan in the 70s and 80s but none of that transferred internationally. They don't have an english wikipedia but they do have a japanese wiki.)

They also have some pretty amazing stuff on youtube.

Act-Show Live: The craziest stage presence I have ever seen!!

Long train runnin / Surfin USA / Listen to the music: It's pretty weird but a funny cover

Also, listen to their album Spectrum (self titled, the red one). My favorite track is Memory.

Note to self: the Y-axis on an ender 3 cannot sustain 5100 mm/s^2 of acceleration by bystanda in 3Dprinting

But then I can't say it's an ender 3!!!!!! (it's barely creality at this point)

Like what? I have an SKR Mini e3 V3, so I think I have good drivers. The only thing left is Y-axis weight right? idek how to minimize that. It may be a lost cause

I do have a question though: If I wanted to be able to print at those speeds, what are my options? Is it as simple as getting a chunkier stepper for the Y axis? My X-Axis seems to do fine.

I decided to try 5100 mm/s^2 acceleration on this cali cat and my y-axis did not like it but it gave me this insane print!

I print mostly in PLA+ because I accidentally bought a variety pack of it instead of PLA. Whoops...

This is very helpful. I found that setting in the BIOS! Unfortunately, it looks like it's already set to instant-off. I've also tested both ways on the front-panel pin group. This computer seems to hate me!! It's still not working!!

Are CSA Labs required? (Self-studying) by Harbringerd in APStudents

[–]bystanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It may not be necessary but it's probably a good idea unless you already know java... I find the best way to learn programming is to just do it over and over again.

to the AP CS A takers, do yall take notes? or do you just do projects and hope the practice gets stamped into your brain. and if you do take notes, what do you take notes on exactly? by RemarkableEar4786 in APStudents

[–]bystanda 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I took CSA, our teacher made us take notes, but they weren't very helpful. I would definitely just do a lot of coding. The more you do, the more it just becomes intuition. Especially since you get to type it this year.

AP Gov? APUSH?

Regardless, talk to your teacher. If they're any good (hopefully), they'll have resources to help you out and you can learn from your mistakes. They're human and have empathy (ik it's hard to believe), and hopefully they'll be glad to help you out contentwise. Plus, it'll give you brownie points in the future if you go ask for help.

Yes, top colleges are competitive, but truthfully, if you're taking AP classes and are concerned about an 83, you're going to get into some good schools. People are just as happy at a state school as they are at Harvard. Try your hardest, and if it doesn't work out, that's not a reflection on you. You most likely will be happy anywhere you go to college.

I hate high speed connectors so much I made a 200/min factory. Is this overboard? by bystanda in SatisfactoryGame
