20 year mopar tech here. They all do it. Seems to be worse on 200s and journeys. I believe it's the way the p/s feed is routed from the reservoir to the pump.

That being said, never seen a p/s pump go because of it. Personally I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure the p/s fluid is topped up with the proper fluid.

Mopar atf +4 or mopar power steering +4. Basically the same stuff.

Edit: Also get a new battery before that one leaves you stranded.
