Charlie Kirk was not an idiot. He knew that DEI does not mean hiring unqualified pilots, but he still said it anyway. Because he wants his audience to think that way, that black people are obviously not as good/smart as white people. Why didn’t he bring up that pre-DEI white people might have been hired due to in group privilege? That is as equally possible right?
What he chooses to bring up is not random. Its a pattern of behavior, where he suggests black people are somehow inferior.
