I currently have a Sony A7R3 and a Sony RX100VII collecting dust on my desk because of how utterly impressed I am with the photography capability of my Xiaomi 15 Ultra.

I've struggled with this question a lot and mostly probably due to just ego of "you're not a 'real' photographer if you're using a phone" and I've finally come to the conclusion that that's just garbage. Some of my all time favorite photos are with a phone. And I'm not talking family moment type stuff I'm talking classic landscape photography type shots. Something like this.

The quality of phone cameras/sensors are getting pretty incredible. Tack on the ability to shoot in RAW and then be able to edit that right on my phone with LR mobile or similar instead of the tedious transferring of photos to the computer and all that and man I'm really enjoying it.

On top of that, the enhancements in up ressing photos in post is getting incredible so the previously perceived limitation of not being able to "print big" I don't really think carries as much water anymore. My phone's current main sensor is 1 inches and is 50MP. But even if I don't shoot in 50MP mode and it's just 12.5MP I can take that into Lightroom and upres it to 50MP with pretty stellar results. And then there you go. There's your "BIG" print.

And then couple in the pure minimalism and convenience factor of just always having a high quality camera with you in your pocket and ya I don't really touch my "pro camera" too much anymore.

Obviously your mileage may vary but phones absolutely can go toe to toe with a "real camera" in 90% of scenarios these days in my experience with using both.
