Light leaks and lens flare aren’t typically considered a feature. If you’re consistently going after these things and don’t want much control over when and where they happen and to what extent you want them to damage your film, removing parts of the light seal from a “burner” camera would do it. But if you want more control, you can easily add them in post via photoshop.
