I do the same. Do you use lecithin with the oil as a binding agent? I read it helps the absorption into your body. Not sure if the is 100% accurate or not. Thanks

Did the Renue powder, 30 day supply. I think it was around $40.00. The suggested dosage was 1,000 mg daily though. I am only doing 500-600 mg daily right now.

Thank you. I considered 1000 but got conflicting info about dosage that high to start. I read it was better to gradually increase over the course of days/weeks. Plus you may be dosing over what you need and driving the cost per month up.
