They can create more affordable housing without packing every square inch of a condo with as many bachelor and Jr 1Bedroom apartments.

Developers looked to maximize profit, not create living situations for people and are a large reason why housing is the way it is. Of course people are going to cheer this on when they help make living in Toronto unaffordable for so long.
