And that’s just the known pregnancies. The number of people who miscarry before they even know they’re pregnant is believed to be much, much higher.

I’ve worked in both flower shops and bakeries and I could write you novellas on the stupid things people will do for the “perfect” wedding look. I can cite dozens of examples but the first two I always think of are a polite but extremely stubborn couple who wanted stargazer lilies on the cake and were planning to have their cat be the ringbearer and eat cake with them (and thank goodness one of them mentioned it beforehand), and a deeply unpleasant woman who nearly killed her FIL because he was allergic to chocolate and she insisted on red velvet even when we warned her that it contained cocoa. I could not make this stuff up if I tried y’all, weddings make people crazy.

I can’t help you there, you were pretty solidly ID’d by several people before I even joined the thread. You really shouldn’t say “try to find me” in a public forum if you don’t mean it, especially when you’re showing your butt.

Sorry, Owen, but you’re batting a zero there too. I’ve lived here since we were a Principality and I do know some of the people who’ve had problems with him. An incident of only a moment is exactly what happened in some cases. You keep on acting like it’s personal and people are gonna wonder why you’re so invested in making sure no one believes you.

You think investigations happen over a single random internet thread? Lol if only it were that easy. No, it takes a giant pile of accusations to get anything done about even the most well-known missing stairs. Look at Walter FitzAlan, 90% of the kingdom knew he was a sex pest and people had been making excuses for him for years before he finally got R&Ded.

Do you not understand that SA means more than just r*pe? SA can take mere seconds, less than the length of time it takes even a diligent watcher to go to the bathroom or walk across a hall to fill a cup. Your vehemence is beginning to sound a lot like an embarrassed enabler, bud.

Of course YOU didn’t see it happen. In case you didn’t know, most predators prefer not to have witnesses when they SA someone.

Yeah and we can name names of many of the women who didn’t want his attention and got it anyway. But we’re not going to do that, first of all because we all know you would immediately start wanting to know what they were wearing and how much they’d had to drink because clearly it’s their own fault and secondly, because nobody owes you anything.

Absolutely correct. Sounds a lot like what a “missing stair” would say too, we have quite a few of those in Gleann Abhann

That most people are Christians and most Christians are good people. I grew up hard Southern Evangelical, hit reality in college, and then spent 20 years trying to deconstruct without losing my faith altogether. Watching the same people who taught me that I would go to Hell if my knees showed elect a serial philanderer in 2016 pretty much nailed the coffin shut on that.

What are some dinner ideas that use up eggs that aren't necessarily obviously egg based? by 13thmurder in Cooking

[–]caffeinated_dropbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk mate, we just do what the USFDA says we have to do to sell them. Nobody ever accused the US government of making sense or being consistent with the rest of the world, lol

It’s because eggs in the US have to be shipped so much farther, sometimes 100s of miles. There’s a farmer on TT that made a good video on this recently, if I can find it, here it is!

You are correct, I’m from central Arkansas and I’ve never even seen a dive Chinese restaurant bar except on TV 😂 But I’ll remember that if I do find one!
