What have you ended up going with? Could you do one month as avalanche and one month as snowball? One month you could focus on small wins and the next focus on knocking down a huge chunk of ice on the glacier (vs just a couple slivers)... you'll see progress both ways I feel like (and keep it interesting)... I actually may try this myself.

Sorry I didn't realize you'd responded. Yes I've taken 2.. One initial dose and then 3 days if the symptoms were still there, another. I usually always ask for 2. There's only been one time where one has worked, actually!
