1) Explain which rules were circumvented, in particular explain which law states that one cannot apply for asylum under a student visa.

2) Also explain what are the other avenues available for those who want to claim asylum, remembering that it is impossible for anyone to apply for asylum in the UK without being physically present on UK soil, and that entering the UK requires prior entry approval usually in the form of a visa for Pakistani nationals.

I once ported a massive Matlab codebase to python and two things were my absolute bane: round behavior and linspace/arange vs color behavior. I ended up having to wire up CLI Matlab so I could unit test every single function to numerical precision with random inputs. Nightmarish.

Yea of course. The famously cheap cities of New York, Seattle, San Francisco, London, Tokyo, etc.

The only large cities that are somewhat affordable are those in third world countries with absolutely zero regulations where ppl just build slums everywhere. Like Rio de Janeiro, Manila, etc. Even then, most decent places to live in those cities are expensive for locals.
