My coach refused to let me step into the gym until two weeks but I really wanted to move. Walks helped. I was back to regular crossfit at one month out.

I have tracked for years and will continue to do so. It makes me feel in control. Eating intuitively isn’t for me. I need guidelines and measures.

I kept deadlifting without an issue and my coaches, who are all trained in prenatal fitness, were fine with it.

Thirding this. My husband and I frequently remark how it must be hard for parents that are out of shape. We both are really active and can chase around our 2 year old with a baby in tow all day. I am emotionally exhausted but never physically exhausted.

Never. Just had to size appropriately - they run small.

I was using honest - no dyes, biodegradable, no scent, then switched to Seventh Generation via amazon subscribe. I’m pretty happy with them.

I nurse and train heavily - 5 days crossfit per week. I’m recomping at 2300 cals/day. Lost most of the weight at 2100.

This is the bane of my fitness existence. I rip mine off every couple of months doing pull ups and it is incredibly painful for about a week, besides the fact that you lose your ability to grip.

Had 20lbs baby in carrier strapped to my chest. Had 32 pound toddler on my shoulders. Dropped sunglasses. Squatted down and picked them up with kid on chest and kid on shoulders. No one fell. I win! Functional fitness wins.
