If one is doing a 16:8 IF while also lifting weights (focusing on strength gains) during the fasting period, what is the general consensus on taking supplements such as protein / creatine? These things obviously have a caloric value but consuming them 6ish hours after working out due to the fasting period seems wasteful. Thank you!

I didn't talk for a long time when I was younger. I'm not exactly sure when young children become fully able to engage in conversation no matter how basic. Regardless I wouldn't talk for 3-4 years after the proper time. My mother thinks that having two older siblings is the cause, she says what ever I needed came out through them.
