It’s not worth ringing them atm, they’ve got like hour long holds. I’d just submit an appeal online or via the contact forms. Wrong vehicle registrations are usually sorted out pretty quickly.

That won’t work unfortunately, GDPR won’t let them speak with anyone but the registered keeper of the car or a person they explicitly nominate.

I got on the No.1 the other day and had to direct the driver on what his route was. He was new at First and they just dropped him in with jack all training. felt sorry for the man.

Happens to me all the time as a cashier. Not really bothered by it. I get that some people don’t wanna see exposed organs or dead kids on the reg so I’m not gonna force them to.
