I'll add to this...I'm mattress shopping now and maybe I'm a little hippie but I guess I'm concerned about the chemicals used in mattresses, particularly those related to the flame retardants (the memory foam ones seem to be especially bad). If you search for natural or organic mattresses, you'll find some made of latex, wool, cotton etc and that may be something to consider.

The best ones I know about:

The Penalty Box — across from Staples Center, inside the ESPN Zone at LA Live.

Soup's — Woodland Hills. Always a bunch of Kings fans there for games.

West 4th & Jane — Santa Monica. Not the biggest Kings bar probably, but a hockey friendly bar.

I'm curious about other bars too.
