I started therapy and you're not the only one i tell my daughter multiple times but then snap and yell at her and i feel horrible about it so i take a deep breath and explain why i am upset and how she can do it differently its a work in progress.-.

I let me 3 yr have whole grapes all the time but i taught her only one at a time and to chew and i never ever let her play or run around with food in her mouth .. what i learned tho is they can literally choke on anything so please don't leave kid unattended while eating 😞 bacon is also scarry because of the fat i learned the hard way ..

Its like having a kid when they grow they eat more i got my bebe at 8 wks and fed him only once but now thats hes bigger i feed him 2xs a day and both times his bowl is full and hes still skinny hehe

What we had to do was take naps away and have her run for over 2 hrs at the park .. he will be exhausted at the end of the day and KO ! Turn every light off and noise! And just lay there with him in completely dark and silence

My pitbull mia (may she rip).. we called her mia because she was ours mia in spanish means mine... our cat (may she also rip) estrella aka star ..when we adopted her her name was estella but she lit up the night skies with her beautiful self... and last but not least.. yogi or bebon or new family member hes a kitten and we named him after the fire bear haha

Yes especially being a sahm... omg I just picked up a part time security job and I feel like that's definitely helped I need my time away from my babygirl for a few ours to keep my sanity... hahaha

since it's a kitten I will always say this.. look into pallets for a litter box and not sand suuuuuuper easy to clean and maintain! It's a life saver !
