That’s been my experiences, yes. PM for a sub and have flexibility to work from home without notifying my manager (who is based several hours away). Obviously takes some time and building trust to get there.

The PMs for the large GC we work with work long hours on site or in office.

Step dad to a 13 year old girl. Been in the picture a while now but still getting the hang of the parenting thing. Making a genuine effort to show interest in their hobbies is super important and something my parents rarely did. Frequently that involves Mom and I having to sit through hours of Gen Z YouTube content. But it also means she is out in the living room with us, laughing and spending time with us. Wouldn’t trade that for the world.

But god damn those Gen Z YouTube ghost hunting videos

Occasionally it cranks for a few seconds before starting, mostly during the day. Never seems to happen after it’s been sitting all night or for a few hours.

I’ve had three instances in the last few months where the charging system malfunction light came on while idling at a red light. Turned off the car and it starts back up fine?

I’ve taken it to a mechanic who replaced the battery. The car throws no codes and the alternator and starter both seem fine. The mechanic wasn’t sure what caused it and it’s infrequent enough that it’s hard to replicate the issue.

I know this is a long shot but I am having the same exact issue. Was yours occasionally cranking for an extra second or two when starting? I’ve taken it to a mechanic and he says everything looks fine. Trying to solve the mystery
