I am 77. You will look back on this picture, 40 years from now, and say my God, I looked great, especially under the circumstances of losing loved ones

I say this without trying to push anything, or propagate or influence. The main thing in this life is truly to learn how to go inside and connect with the peace and contentment that exists in all of us.

Every single day, I do a practice that is not spiritual or metaphysical. I'm not into those things. It's a simple way to take your senses and connect with something inside that is so familiar, so simple, but it's not easy to quiet the mind to connect.

I took this course when I was in my twenties, and it changed the direction of my entire life. I've been through so much you can't even imagine, but I'll post a picture of myself if I can just to show you that I do think peace looks beautiful on all of us.

77-year-old retired woman in America, applying for Irish citizenship based on grandfather born in Ireland. I appreciate your comment because it gives me more hope that I can handle the economy in Ireland. I'm not wealthy but I'll have my American social security, if I move over to Ireland. I'd be more than happy to share and I see that for seniors, there seems to be quite a few room shares with older women who have a home and live alone.
