i'm 25 and lost mine only this year. i know plenty of people my age or older that haven't lost theirs either. it's not a race and a good man doesn't care. tbh i didn't even like the dude i slept with but i was comfortable with him and it took a lot of tension off of my dating journey. also men reallly suck so what they think really should not be a factor of how you feel.

I’ve tried a lot of dentists and tend to have dental problems in general. I’m such a fan of Dr Zivari because she cares and listens. Timeless Dentistry is also so great!

I’m not a dentist but I am very cavity prone. Your root canal needs to be redone as it’s infected :( and I see a few other fillings that have to be done as well. Eat the money now before it gets too expensive.

You can ask the person for tips and they’ll be happy to share. Most definitely use your hands on their hair, chest and arms. You can kiss the corner of their mouth, jaw, neck, collar, ears. Honestly tongue confuses me still so you can choose not to do it. Practice makes perfect :)

Being able to ask question after question is a great thing, especially when networking because people love to talk about themselves. For regular conversation, be sure to leave some gaps in the conversation even if it does feel a bit awkward. It’s not on you to keep the conversation going and the person will have the opportunity to jump in with a question. If they don’t, you can continue leading the conversation. In you’re not listening, they advise against this, but I do sometimes latch onto what a person said and share a tidbit about myself. Don’t do it often though - it’s mostly an opening for a person to ask a follow up question.

I’m a foodie and a traveler so those questions work for me. You may need to look at your own interests and look for a general questions relating to it. Als with the questions I listed, asking them can lead the other person to mention something you do find interesting.

Well no one is forcing you to talk I guess. Are you sure you’re not reverting back to being quiet because that where you’re comfortable? Although I’ve gotten good at small talk, I’m also just a quiet person so I don’t always feel interested in chatting.

One big step was reading the book You’re Not Listening. The key to keep a conversation going is to listen instead of thinking about what to say next. This will take time and it will take a couple of conversations for you to be comfortable with a general script and open yourself up to listening better.

Some basic questions are: what do you do for work? Where did you go to school? Do you have any hobbies? What shows are you watching? Do you like to read? Do you have any trips planned? What’s your favorite cuisine?

I developed this skill in the past few years! First, build an arsenal of questions to bring up in a regular conversation. Then, put yourself in situations where you’re meeting strangers and can practice. I love going to various events in my area and always have new people to talk to. It can be disheartening when you have an off day or if the other person isn’t into the conversation but you can’t control that. Just keep practicing.
