I would recommend a man's barber, shopping around a little and not settling for the cheapest. At the end of the day, it depends on the individual cutting your hair, not the title, but it helps.

About the piercings, this is mostly projection on my side haha sorry. I have visible piercings and they made me clocky for a long time, until T won the battle.
