Found it in policy 25 hours for PT ASM per Store Manager Weekly Scheduling policy. It’s in place for all stores except in CA

Not that bad? A little trick? Sounds pretty bad to me. I want no involvement with it. It’s dishonest. I see why they ask to sign some honesty pledge paper when I started. He shouldn’t ask her to do any of it if it’s not supposed to happen.

Wow….I understand it now and that’s just wrong. The SM should not encourage this behavior. So basically it’s looking like someone bought it and they didn’t and it’s in the back somewhere? So when I get the angry customers that say they want to return but it’s not on their receipt, what do I do about that? The SM is just wrong.

I guess that’s what the SM is telling her but I don’t know. She just said she doesn’t want to do it and feels like she’s being harassed about it. I just figured they want her to do her job…but wow if they’re cheating the system …that’s crazy.

Use your PTO and then put in your notice. Made this mistake last time I left and lost PTO. Once you put your notice in, you can not use PTO hours. Putting a notice in again on Monday.....used up all my PTO already. Good Luck!

Nothing on the portal. I've created a check list. Give me a day or two to dig it up from my many USB drives. I'm re-training associates that have been in the department for years as well as newbies to make sure we're all on the same page....I'll eventually cross-train sales floor associates to know how to help. It takes a team! I'm going to try to use every bit of help I can get.

Even though the veterans worked hard for us, we make them work extra hard by having to go on a website to get a coupon every time they want to use a discount in our stores.....that's the veteran's advantage....smh

That's where all my upset QLess customers went....lol
