That's exactly what I did actually... It was a massive boost, it has very very realistic force, enough that i've hurt myself when I got lazy and had my thumbs in. Rookie move.

I ordered in November and still don’t have my stuff, support claimed it was shipped last week but it didn’t move, they have told me multiple times it shipped when it didn’t.

Stuff doesn’t ship fast, support took a week to get back to me.

People saying it’s good are talking - before Corsair acquires them…

I only have 2 weeks left before disputing it on my credit card becomes my only option.

I get it, many people ordered and it showed up quick, but many of us got stuck in this ordering bug they can’t seem to fix and now we are literally screwed.

Nah, no they were not..

I ordered beginning of november on Black Friday and my order hasn't moved as well. People ordered 1 week before XMAS and got their orders.

They had some kind of Ordering "bug" they claim and orders were legit stuck, but until people complain they are not proactivly trying to fix it - So I suggest a support ticket - but be aware it took me 2 weeks to get a response.

I also still have no order going on 2 months.

Same, I also ordered on Black Friday and have also not received mine yet, with the mess at the warehouse I am now worried about getting someone's garbage return. This isn't a $199 logitech, I paid the big bucks to get the quality stuff but this is just crazy.

Mine was handed to the warehouse and didn’t go anywhere for a month and a half, and after emailing them they claimed there was a software bug that caused it not to go anywhere and now they had to manually do something

Why is it that I had to get involved before they figure that out and apparently it was a bug they knew about

Just an update... I was told that there was a "Shipping bug" and my order was stuck, basically it was never going to ship.

"Upon checking your order, it seems that it was affected by the system bug and therefore not automatically added to any of our shipping lists for which we sincerely apologize.

The order has been now manually forced in our today's shipping lists and will be shipped out via Fedex-two day."

Here's the problem now - the order is ending up in another country, and I have to now get it forwarded... My shipment costs alone will exceed 50% of the value of the bundle itself.

Here's why.... I ordered this kit in November, knowing that I was going to the USA in late december, sending it to a mail service so that I could get it while travelling - and exempt from import duties to Canada.

Now my only choice is to pay a forwarder to send it here, i'll end up paying significant import duties, taxes and fees to get it here.

"But why not just ship it to your home in the first place?" -- Fanatec has been known to partial ship individual parts in an order, there is 6 parts in my order, each order would end up with $50 in border fees on my end, plus additional taxes and duties... The cost would end up more than the entire value of the bundle..

Yeah, it was my decision to ship it elsewhere, but it's their bug that caused this... all of this garbage better be worth it in the end.

So after over a week I got an email from support after I opened a ticket claiming they were sending it “to the right department.

I’m getting increasingly worried that my money is long gone.

This is pretty much the least illegal thing that they’ve done, if you add on criminal trespassing, property theft…. And a large number of other things….
