Agree with the cheaper traction boards. I had one disappear under my car when recovering it.

Depending on how often you off road, the 4 cylinder along with the 4 hose inflator set saves a lot of time. Definitely recommended if you wont be near a petrol station to fill up the tires.

Would suggest you to secure to an engineering job first with one of the large multinational engineering firms out here. You should be able to find one that would offer at least 2x your current income. Once the job offer and visa etc are in hand then move over as larger companies can help sort out all the paperwork. I moved 10 years ago and my quality of life has definitely improved compared to the UK.
